The interactive livestream space is an exciting new social experience and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to take a role in developing its future.

About the Role

As Product Manager at RushTix, you will drive the strategy behind our livestream features and real-time social community. You’ll collaborate with the executive team to create world-class user experiences that help users feel empowered, connected, and engaged.

You Will:

  • Work directly with the founding CEO to et the product vision, strategy, and plan for new livestream and real-time social features

  • Partner with dev team, marketing, design, and customer happiness to define, build, and release virtual live experiences that delight RushTix customers and artists

  • Drive our business decisions by identifying our most critical KPIs and methodically creating and prioritizing features to improve them

  • Become our customers’ strongest advocate – drive a discovery process that teaches us their key pain points and tests solutions to those pain points across a variety of customer segments

  • Deeply understand RushTix’s users and the broader real-time social livestreaming industry through user and competitive research Understand the incentives that motivate users to engage more fully on the platform

  • Define priorities and customer journeys so that our dev team can write and refine tickets, and schedule resources accordingly

  • Monitor performance and measure the impact of product enhancements and initiatives

  • Manage external UX/UI contractors as needed

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience as a product manager for a consumer web or mobile product

  • Track record of delivering measurable results for both users and the business

  • Deep technical sense combined with customer empathy and curiosity

  • Experience working in a fast-growing B2C startup

  • Experience using data analysis and qualitative research to make informed decisions

  • Product sense with an appreciation for best-in-class user experiences

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with counterparts in engineering, marketing/growth, design, and customer advocacy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-driven with an ownership and just get it done mentality

  • Experience with distributed work environments (ideally doing a mix of synchronous and asynchronous work across multiple time zones

  • Bonus: streaming or real-time social background

Salary: $90k - 180k/year full-time salary.
